MR. PARDEEP KATARIA
The founding Director of Kataria Constructions, Mr. Pardeep Kataria started the company in the early 80s with the vision to build innovative spaces and amenities. A graduate of Delhi University, Mr. Kataria entered the real estate industry after learning the ropes from his father, who was a government contractor for building roads, bridges, and parks. He diversified the knowledge he received from his father into the construction and building of homes. Today, Mr. Pardeep looks primarily into the foundation and stability of all our homes.
MR. SANDEEP KATARIA
The son of Mr. Pardeep Kataria, Sandeep graduated with a business degree from APJ School of Management and Thames Valley University, London, before going on to join his father in building Kataria Buildcon. Using the opportunity to learn on the job, he used his sharp eye for detailing and understanding the latest advancements from around the world to usher the brand into the modern era. As director and face of the brand, he focuses his energy on ensuring that every project is handled personally and with utmost care and respect for the client.
